All orders can be returned, however this varies between products. For regular purchases, this period will be 14 days from delivery confirmation. Refunds will be processed when we receive the returned items back- please note that if there is any extended damage to items that is not specified in the stated return reasons, this may impact the total amount refunded. For our ‘Blind Dates’, this window is extended to 30 days, as we know these may be purchased as gifts or surprises. We know no one wants a duplicate, but if this does happen, we ask that the items (e.g. bookmark, business card and sticker) are placed within the front cover of the book before sending back to us. Please also see above regarding damaged goods.

Shipping estimates will vary depending on method chosen at checkout. The standards for UK shipping are as follows: Express 24- Next Day Delivery Aim Tracked 48- Two Day Delivery Aim We do offer international shipping, but please note the shipping prices will to differ from domestic. The standards for international shipping are as follows: United States and Canada: International Tracked- Between 6 to 7 days (Aim) Europe: International Standard- Between 3-5 days (Aim) Rest of the world: International Tracked: Delivery within 3-5 days (Aim) Please not these are not guaranteed timeframes, and each purchase can differ for various reasons.

Discreet shipping is an option we have placed at checkout to ensure everyone has access to queer stories in a safe manner. As much as we hope everyone is in safe and comfortable environments, we know that may not always be the case and we want to make sure we are providing as much safety as possible. All of our orders arrive with a business card and sticker- both containing our logo that has mentions of the store being a queer bookstore. We have designed alternative cards and stickers with logos that match our floral aesthetic, but without any mention of it being a queer package. There is an option at checkout for customers to tick if needs be that will let us know you require discreet shipping, meaning all store goodies included within will have the alternative discreet logo.
