All orders can be returned, however this varies between products.
For regular purchases, this period will be 14 days from delivery confirmation. Refunds will be processed when we receive the returned items back- please note that if there is any extended damage to items that is not specified in the stated return reasons, this may impact the total amount refunded.
For our ‘Blind Dates’, this window is extended to 30 days, as we know these may be purchased as gifts or surprises. We know no one wants a duplicate, but if this does happen, we ask that the items (e.g. bookmark, business card and sticker) are placed within the front cover of the book before sending back to us. Please also see above regarding damaged goods.
