At The Lavender Library, it is our aim to help spread LGBTQ books and authors, but we always aim to do this safely. We know that not everybody is in a safe position to be open about their identity, which is why we have taken steps to ensure our packaging can be discreet. We have designed alternative business cards and logo stickers that still match our colour palette and floral design, but without the mention of us being a queer bookstore. You can place all orders underneath this discreet packaging option to be sure that your parcel and its contents are safe.
All orders, discreet or not, will be shipped in plain boxes with Royal Mail. Each order will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your orders journey safely.. or count down the days until it finally is yours!
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to keep our return policy as straightforward and convenient as possible. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Please note, our 'Blind Dates' books have a return policy of up to 30 days- this is to allow added time if purchased as a gift or surprise. Customer satisfaction is important to us, we want you to enjoy your order or help you if there are any concerns!
