For UK customers we use Royal Mail 2nd class postage. All items will be packaged in either a plain bubble mailer / box. Please check our FAQ shipping policy page for further information.
For international customers, we use DPD postage. All items will be packaged in either a plain bubble mailer / box.
PLEASE NOTE: international customers may have to pay a customs fee to have their items / order released to them. Unfortunately our shipping provider does not allow for us to cover these fee's. Customers will be contacted by the shipping provider if this fee is required.
Pre-Loved Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pre-loved books, we unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds for them.
We do try to be as transparent as we can with the damage a specific book has with images and descriptions, so please double check that you're comfortable with this before purchase.
